I was a bit uncertain what to expect when I signed up for an afternoon of chair yoga and a sound bath experience. I had been to several chair yoga classes, but a sound bath experience was totally new.

I should not have been worried, the environment was lovely almost magical with lights, candles and comfortable chairs.

We had a lovely afternoon experiencing a tranquil and serene atmosphere and the refreshments were a treat, especially the strawberries dipped in chocolate.

While storm Bert was howling outside, we were warm, cuddled with a blanket very comfortable and relaxed.

The gift of a rose was a lovely touch as every time I looked at it on the kitchen windowsill I was reminded of a lovely afternoon. Thank you
