Recharge and Reset Retreat
2pm - 5pm on Saturday 22nd November 2025
Yardley Hastings Memorial Hall

This retreat gives you time and space to nourish your mind, body and spirit at this wintry time of year. Finding warmth and relaxation and some gentle energy to recharge your batteries.

You'll take time to retreat, rest and settle into your inner certainty, your sense of rooting and grounding. With a special focus on our breathing and our life force energy, we'll welcome the changing of the seasons as a quiet and healthy change.
Your dried flower and foliage crafting is an absorbing experience of handling plants and placing them into an arrangement. Some will have muted tones - a whisper of colour. Some will be the bright reds and greens of berries and evergreens.
You will gradually and successfully craft a beautiful bouquet.

Some details:
You begin with a calm and nourishing yoga practice, giving you ease and gradually drawing you to a meditative relaxation.
After a break with drinks and treats, you're guided to create a bouquet of dried flowers and foliage. The bouquet will gradually form and you find the stems find their way to look amazing regardless of how experienced or inexperienced you may be in arranging flowers.
The afternoon closes with some time to chat and share delicious refreshments. Food allergies are catered for.
Price: £36 including all materials for your bouquet: wrapping, ribbon, foliage and flowers and any tools needed.
Yoga mats, blankets and small soft bolsters are provided, or you may choose to bring your own mat, blanket and bolster(s).
