Gentle yoga soothes your body and calms your mind.

Leading you into a deeply restful practice, a quiet space to pause and rest deeply.

Some of us exploring gentle movements seated on a chair, others on a mat – equally valuable paths into stillness, breath and ease.

 

 Slow Crafting Activity

Freeing you from distractions, grounded and absorbed.

Settling into the simplicity and slow pace of the activity.

 

Lovely refreshments – luxurious and nutritious
