Gentle Yoga for beginners and returners to yoga

Thursdays 9.15 -10.15am 

Tuesdays 5.00 - 6.00pm   

£8 per class. Discount for a class pass

Chair Yoga: A gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair.

Some standing yoga is included, using the chair to assist balance.

Mondays 11.00 - 11.45am

5-sessions fortnightly from 24th September 

A friendly and supportive group exploring the ancient wisdom of yog, finding its relevance to our yoga practice and to daily life. We include some seated and standing yoga, accessible for everyone.

£20 per session 

£90 when booking the series

Your place in the class is guaranteed. Class size is limited.
